Support System
The carrier supports can be simple pre-formed top hat sections, angles, zed supports or other supportwork including timber batterns and Plasmet's RC-10 rainscreen carrier system. Description
The PR-200 system is an economical façade system where panels are directly fitted to support rails through a sequence of fixing lugs which are secured to the side returns of the panel. An optional EPDM gasket (reference RG-20) may be applied to the joints during installation to conceal the fixings and enhance the asthetical appearance.

Description
Plasmet's PR-300 façade system offers the most economical and flexible alternative to a traditional hook-on rainscreen system. Similar to the PR-200 system, cassette panels are fixed through recessed joints directly fixed onto support rails using colour matched fixings, providing an effective weather shielding façade. Typical joint widths are set at either 15mm or 20mm in either wet or dry variations. An optional EPDM gasket may be applied to the joints after installation to conceal the fixings and enhance the asthetical appearance.

Panels are easily removed and replaced independently without interference to the rest of the façade. Typical joint widths are set between 10mm and 40mm.

Plasmet's PR-600 system provides façade that is simple and quick to install comprising of a series of panels that fix directly to a support frame. Panels are slotted into one another using the 'tonge and goove' extrusion and are designed to be easily removed and replaced independently without interference to the rest of the façade. Horizontal joints are fixed at 10, 20 or 50mm. Vertical joint widths are set between 10mm and 40mm.

Plasmet's PR-700 Interlocking plank system comprise of either pressed or extruded interlocking planks, secretly fixed to an aluminium support frame, secured by stainless steel connections to the existing building structure. Panels are interlocked into one another forming either a closed hairline or variable joint width upto 30mm.
